For our final event of our 2018-2019 series, we were delighted to welcome the Rt Hon Alistair Burt MP, Minister of State for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Minister of State for DFID with responsibility for the Middle East and North Africa (2017–2019), back to GSF.

He gave a lecture entitled ‘The Accidental Arabist Reflects….Again!’ at an event which was chaired by Lord Lothian PC QC DL.
