On Wednesday 10th July, we were very pleased to welcome Sir John Scarlett KCMG OBE, Chief of the British Secret Intelligence Service (2004-2009), to GSF. He gave a lecture entitled ‘Global Instabilities: What Is Most On My Mind And What Should We Be Worried About’ at an event which was chaired by Lord Lothian PC QC DL.
