On Wednesday 17th October, we were highly honoured to welcome to GSF Mr. Radosław Sikorski, Poland’s Minister of Defence (2005-2007), Foreign Minister (2007-2014) and Speaker of Parliament (2014-2015). To a packed David Lloyd George Room in the National Liberal Club, he opened our 2018-2019 events programme with a lecture entitled ‘EU Foreign Policy, Security And Defence After Brexit: The View From Europe’, which was chaired by GSF Advisory Board member, the Rt Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind QC.
