The Rt Hon Sir Menzies Campbell CBE QC MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats 2006-2007, the Rt Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind QC MP, Foreign Secretary (1995-1997) and the Rt Hon Jack Straw MP, Foreign Secretary (2001-2006) spoke in the debate entitled, ‘Four Years On: Is the Coalition Government’s Foreign Policy Still “Clear, Focused and Effective”?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian, GSF’s Chairman.
