On Tuesday 24th January, we had great pleasure in welcoming back to GSF, Sir David Manning GCMG KCVO, British Ambassador to the United States from 2003-2007 and GSF Advisory Board member.  In front of a packed audience at the National Liberal Club, he gave a lecture entitled ‘After The Inauguration – A New Era Of Global Uncertainty?’, which was chaired by GSF Chairman Lord Lothian
