The January 2017 Discussion: ‘The UK And The UN: Priorities For The New Secretary-General’

IMG_1280Our first lunchtime event of 2017 took place on Tuesday 17th January in the National Liberal Club and we were delighted to welcome to GSF three highly distinguished and expert members of the recently-formed House of Lords Select Committee on International Relations. The Chairman, the Rt Hon Lord Howell of Guildford, Lord Hannay of Chiswick GCMG CH and Lord Wood of Anfield presented the Committee’s inaugural report, ‘The UK And The UN: Priorities For The New Secretary-General’ and discussed its conclusions in an event chaired by Lord Lothian.
