For our first February lecture on Tuesday 5th February, we were delighted to welcome to GSF Mr Matthew Rycroft CBE, Permanent Secretary at the Department for International Development. He gave a lecture entitled ‘International Development In An Age Of Global Britain’, in an event which was chaired by Lord Lothian PC QC DL, GSF’s Chairman.
