On Tuesday 4th February, Global Strategy Forum held a seminar in Committee Room 4A of the House of Lords, entitled ‘Serbia/Kosovo: The Brussels Agreements And Beyond’  in collaboration with South East European Studies at Oxford (SEESOX).
