On Wednesday 27^thJune, we were delighted to welcome to GSF, Mathieu Boulègue, Research Fellow, Russia and Eurasia Programme, Chatham House; Sir Tony Brenton KCMG, British Ambassador to Russia (2004-2008); and Professor Christopher M. Davis, Reader in Command and Transition Economies, University of Oxford; and Fellow, Wolfson College.  They spoke in a debate entitled ‘Russia: How Have Things Got So Bad And What Should We Do About It?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
