On Tuesday 29th October, we were delighted to welcome to GSF the Rt Hon the Lord Butler of Brockwell, Cabinet Secretary during the premierships of Margaret Thatcher, John Major and Tony Blair; Professor Robert Hazell, Professor of Government and the Constitution at University College London and founder of the Constitution Unit; and Ms. Bronwen Maddox, Director of the Institute for Government. They spoke in a discussion entitled‘The Brexit Crisis: Do We Need A Written Constitution?’ which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
