On Tuesday 18th October, Global Strategy Forum held a seminar in the David Lloyd Room of the National Liberal Club, entitled ‘The Geopolitics Of Fear: South East Europe In A Triangle Of Uncertainty – Russia, Middle East, North Africa’ in collaboration with South East European Studies at Oxford (SEESOX).
