Davis, Reader in Command and Transition Economies, University of Oxford; Fellow, Wolfson College; and Professorial Research Fellow, Oxford Institute of Population Ageing; Roger Munnings CBE, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Russo-British Chamber of Commerce; and Alina Slyusarchuk, Executive Director, CEEMEA Economics, Morgan Stanley to GSF for our third November debate.  They spoke in a discussion entitled ‘The Russian Economy: The Weak Link In Moscow’s Strategic Ambitions?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
