The November 2017 Discussion I: ‘The North Korean Crisis: A New Paradigm Or Unfinished Business?’

On Wednesday 1st November, we were delighted to have the opportunity to host two eminent foreign affairs experts, Gideon Rachman, chief foreign affairs commentator for the Financial Times; and GSF Advisory Board member, the Rt Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind QC, Foreign Secretary (1995-1997) and Defence Secretary (1990-1992), who spoke in a discussion entitled ‘The North Korean Crisis: A New Paradigm Or Unfinished Business?’.  

The event was chaired by Lord Lothian.
