On Wednesday 30th April, the Rt Hon Hazel Blears MP, who is a member of the Intelligence and Security Committee, and Professor Sir David Omand, the first UK Intelligence and Security Coordinator and a former Director of GCHQ joined GSF to take part in a lunchtime discussion entitled ‘Sense And Sensibility: Security And Freedom – Are They Mutually Exclusive?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
