Dr Afzal Ashraf, Consultant Fellow at RUSI; Rt Hon Dr Julian Lewis MP, Chairman of the House of Commons Defence Committee; Dr Renad Mansour, Academy Fellow at the Middle East and North Africa Programme at Chatham House; and Jonathan Paris, a London-based Middle East analyst, who spoke in a debate entitled ‘The Battle Against IS In Iraq & Syria: What Happens Next?’ which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
