On Wednesday 1^st July, we were delighted to welcome Sir Ciarán Devane, the Chief Executive of the British Council, to GSF. He gave a lecture entitled ‘Prevention Is Better Than Cure: The Place Of Soft Power In A World Of Hard Choices’, which was chaired by GSF Advisory Board member, the Rt Hon Lord Howell of Guildford.
