The January 2016 Debate: ‘Egypt – Five Years After Tahrir Square: What Next?’

The January 2016 Debate IOn Tuesday 26th January, for our first event of 2016, we were very pleased to have the opportunity to welcome to GSF, Dr Hisham Hellyer, Senior Fellow (non-resident) at the Rafik Hariri Centre for the Middle East at the Atlantic Council, and Associate Fellow in International Security Studies at RUSI; Sir Gerald Howarth MP, Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Egypt; and James Watt CVO, UK Ambassador to Egypt (2011-2014). They spoke in a discussion entitled ‘Egypt – Five Years After Tahrir Square: What Next?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
