On Tuesday 12th May, as Prime Minister David Cameron’s new all-Conservative cabinet met for the first time, we were delighted to welcome Professor Anthony King, Professor of Government at the University of Essex and author of Who Governs Britain?, to GSF. In front of a packed audience at the National Liberal Club, he gave a lecture entitled ‘Britain: A New Style of Government?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
