On Tuesday 15th July, we had great pleasure in welcoming the Rt Hon Alan Duncan MP, Minister of State for International Development (May 2010-July 2014), back to GSF, to give a lecture entitled ‘The Arab Spring: Can Britain Piece It Back Together?’  which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
