On Wednesday 8th July, we had great pleasure in welcoming the Rt Hon. the Baroness Ashton of Upholland GCMG, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and former Vice-President of the European Commission (2009-2014), to GSF. In front of a packed audience at the National Liberal Club, she gave a lecture entitled ‘Reflections On Five Years Of EU Foreign Policy Challenges’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian.
