Major General Khokhar and Lord Lothian

We were very pleased to welcome to GSF, Major General Noel I. Khokhar, HI (M), Director General, Institute for Strategic Studies Research and Analysis, National Defence University, Pakistan.  He gave a lecture entitled ‘Pakistan’s Terrorism Policy Post The Peshawar Massacre’, and Lord Lothian, GSF’s Chairman, chaired the event.
