On Tuesday 28^th March, for the fourth of our March 2017 lectures and our final lunchtime event before the Easter Parliamentary recess, we were very pleased to welcome Sir John Holmes GCVO KBE CMG, British Ambassador to France (2001-2007); UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator (2007-2010); and Director, Ditchley Foundation (2010-2016) to GSF.  He gave a lecture entitled ‘Globalisation And Multilateralism: Crisis Or Blip?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian PC QC DL.
